Return of Unwanted Purchases.

We are all human and sometimes change our mind, or buy something for someone else that is not to their liking.

The  Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013 states that you have 14 days in which you are able to change your mind and receive a refund but we also recognise that our items are often purchased as presents and and as such will give you 60 days in which to return your items. 

The goods should be returned at your own cost in an unopened package and a resalable condition. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED. A full refund for the cost of the product will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. 

Please note, postage will only be refunded if returned within 14 days & if the entire order is returned.

Please note that we recommend you return the goods using a signed-for upon receipt service. Proof of postage is not the same as proof of receipt and claims for lost packages in these circumstances must be taken up with the Post Office. Despite best attempts to package the item well, items are sometimes damaged in transit and we advise that you take a picture of the item before handing it over to your chosen delivery service.

Faulty Goods.

In the event that the goods are faulty within 30 days of purchase, please phone 0208 3638814 for details of how to return the package and receive a refund or replacement. 

Missing Pieces

In the event that there are missing pieces, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation.

For a prompt refund, we advise that you include the delivery note sent with the original order so that we know who the items have been returned by. If this is not available, please include your name and address along with the order number & date if known. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days, please contact us if you have not received it within this time.
